Chula's Mission was created in 2010 to provide services for young girls who have lost their mothers. The founder, Lyndsey Ruiz, lost her mother in 2002. Realizing how important and influential her mother, Chula Ruiz, was in her life, she decided to start a non-profit for motherless girls. Chula's Mission will give young women a chance to experience the fulfilling aspects of having a mother through the special programs and counseling offered.
